Shipping Policy
Our shipping fees are as follows:
USPS…………$4.00 (Multiple orders may be combined
for one shipping fee)
Insurance……. $1.00
Total…………..$5.00
In most cases, pieces will be shipped as soon as payment is received.
In the case of a custom piece order, or if the product you ordered
is out of stock, the ship time may be extended. If this is so, you
will be notified with an estimated ship time, and I will start the
process of creating your new jewelry.
Payments
Payments are currently accepted through the PayPal system. You
may also use Visa, MasterCard, checks or money orders to make a
payment for your order. Please email

Sizing Guidelines
What size does your bracelet need to be?
u Simply measure your wrist
at the smallest point (you want to measure it snug) then add 1 inch
to that measurement.
u If your wrist measures
6 1/4inches, then your bracelet would be 7 1/4 inches in length.
u If you are ordering a gift
or are not able to measure the wrist for a true fit, email
us and we will help you with the size.
u The standard size for women's
bracelets is 7".
The bracelets that you see range from 6 - 7 1/2 inches. The type
of clasp used makes a difference. Bracelets made using a lobster
clasp are measured from one end to the other. Bracelets made using
a toggle (bar inserted through a circle or heart shape) are a bit
more challenging to size, but we will gladly do our best to accommodate
your needs.
Return and Exchange Policy
Although JohNia Jewelry Design does not do returns or exchanges,
if, within a year of your purchase, under normal wear, your jewelry
becomes less than perfect, feel free to send it back to me and I
will do my utmost to restore your piece to it's original quality,
