This Web Site was an eclectic compilation of years of various
members of the organization creating pages for the site. Recognizing
flaws in the design, navigation, and look of the site, the Executive
Director looked to us for a re-design. The goal was to create
a Web Site that was informative for users and that portrays
a professional image of this organization.
Some of the problems with this site were as follows:
- The site lacked a unified and consistent overall look and
feel.
- There was no unified navigation system in place. Pages were
not cross-linked and once a user was in the site, it was impossible
to get back to certain pages or to navigate around.
- The homepage lacked focus.
- Headers and logos were different on different pages. There
was no unified logo being used.
- The font selection and colors did not work well with the
logo.
